How studio questions are handled

Ask a related question ↗
01

The information you choose to send

The enquiry form asks for a name, reply email, topic and message, together with permission to store the question. A successful submission records those fields, a reference and the receipt time in the site’s enquiry storage. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

02

Why a record is made

The record lets the studio understand and handle your question, including a correction or request about an earlier enquiry. Use the minimum detail needed. Do not send account passwords, client lists, private campaign exports or identity documents.

03

Exercises and device data

Metrics choices, rehearsal prompts and hypothesis text run in the current page. The site does not automatically save these exercises in browser storage or send their contents to the studio. Downloading a draft creates a file on your own device.

04

Access and technical handling

Enquiries are intended for authorised site administrators handling correspondence. The form uses a separate technical rate-limit record derived from the network address to reduce repeated submissions; the raw address is not added to the enquiry text record. Hosting infrastructure may keep its own operational access logs.

05

Ask about an existing question

Use the contact form, select the correction or privacy topic and include the reference if you have it. You can ask to inspect, correct or remove the information you submitted. We may need enough context to identify the record before acting. Do not provide more personal information than the request needs.

06

A practical retention approach

Questions should remain available only while they are needed for handling the conversation and associated administration. This site does not publish a fixed deletion interval or claim that an automated retention service is running. Ask through the enquiry form if you need a particular record reviewed.
